Biodanza, identity and the 4 elements invites us to "reparent ourselves with nature, based on the totally reciprocal correspondence between the world and the human. Biodanza, through music, movement, experience and contact, proposes that we "integrate" the four elements, universal elements, archetypes present in all alchemy and mysticism, throughout the ages, in order to rediscover the connection with the universal instincts of life. To dance the four elements: earth, water, air and fire, without thought, only as magical beings in movement, children of the stars, who can thus rediscover their brotherhood with the rivers, the clouds, the sea, the air, the storm, the fire, the birds and animals, the fertile earth and thus become "angels" again.
