Our approach

Where does Biodanza come from?
Created in the 1960s by Rolando Toro Araneda, a Chilean anthropologist, psychologist, teacher and poet, Biodanza, known as the “dance of life,” is an extraordinary system of human development.
It is a pedagogy based on the living that offers a new way of living anchored in the present moment, induced by movement, music and encounters with our fellow human beings. There are Biodanza groups in more than 40 countries around the world!
An invitation to a positive experience, to sensitivity, to the joy of living and to well-being

-
Each session is a vivencia: an experience lived intensely in the present moment, without analysis or judgment.
