ORIGIN: Path of rebirth in Biodanza

The miracle of our "being in the world" is the possibility we are given to be reborn each day! The perinatal period, the circumstances surrounding our conception, our gestation, and our birth lay the foundations for the formation of our identity. The situations experienced during this phase tend to become patterns that will be unconsciously repeated throughout our lives. Because they have been identified as the basic model for being born into the world, they will often be internalized and developed into behaviors perceived, deep within our being, as essential for survival.

The ORIGIN IN BIODANZA approach directly addresses these vital processes that have left their mark on the child's emotional world and are similarly reflected in the adult's. It invites participants to reinterpret their birth, to regenerate, that is, to regenerate themselves through nine types of "rebirths" chosen (or suggested?) according to each individual's past and present realities.
